James Leighton (Lee) Nation was born and raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, and is a proud member of the Tuscaloosa Academy Class of 2003. He earned his degree in Political Science from the University of Alabama in 2007 and went on to receive his law degree from Jones School of Law in 2010. With more than 15 years of experience, Lee has practiced across a wide range of areas, including family law, criminal defense, social security law, and immigration law. He now resides in Huntsville with his two children, where he continues to serve clients with dedication and integrity. Outside of his legal practice, Lee is a licensed USSF/AHSAA soccer referee, a hobbyist beekeeper, and is currently pursuing his Wilderness First Responder certification. He and his children are active members of the Episcopal Church of the Nativity in Huntsville.
